PLACE is an intentional process that connects followers of Christ into purpose-driven ministry. The process includes self-discovery, individualized ministry coaching and ministry placement. Through the PLACE ministry process, people discover that God has created and gifted them with a unique capacity to serve others.

PLACE ministry coaches meet one-on-one with workshop participants and review assessments in each of the five areas of self-discovery: personality discovery, learning spiritual gifts, abilities awareness, connecting passion with ministry and experiences of life. They help participants find an area of ministry compatible with their strengths and check in with them regularly for support.
